Argana Walk was planned to cover 39,440 sq/m as a modern lifestyle commercial strip that is pedestrian-friendly. The project was developed in two phases. The first phase took place in 2005, and included 17 retail outlets.

The second phase included 21 retail outlets and was totally developed in 2009. Overall; the project consists of famous branded outlets and offers more commercial lots for lease. Outlets include; restaurants, cafes, gym and salon. Argana Walk features underground utilities (for power, community access television, internet and telephone lines), a centralized water system, and a tree-lined road.
