ARGANA Resorts and Hotels is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company, and a part of ALARGAN’s group of companies. It was established in January 1993 under the name “Sports & Health International Institute of Kuwait”. In 2006 the company was acquired by the parent company and became the full fledged hospitality investment arm of ALARGAN. The commercial name was changed to ARGANA Resorts and Hotels Company.

During this period, Argana has been successful in creating its own diversified portfolio to include Mövenpick Hotel and Resort Al Bida’a,“ C Club” the exclusive members club, Rimal Hotel & Resort and Argana Walk the first of its kind lifestyle commercial strip in Al Bida'a Area.
