We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at ARGAN Albida’a Hotel & Resort.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation across the hotel’s dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and assist guests with their selections when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and prepared before and throughout service.
- Monitor guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain a good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Prepare restaurant areas before opening and complete closing duties as assigned.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, equipment, and assigned areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel operating procedures.
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or operational concerns promptly to the supervisor.
- Support special events, functions, banquets, and other Food & Beverage operations when required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar Food & Beverage service position within a hotel, resort, or restaurant is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
