We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at ARGAN Albida’a Hotel & Resort.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest suites and assigned hotel areas, while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest suites according to established hotel standards and daily assignments.
- Make beds, change linen, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Ensure all assigned guest suites are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready within the required timeframe.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of corridors, service areas, and other assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual situations immediately to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of linen, cleaning supplies, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.
- Follow established procedures for lost and found items.
- Use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and equipment in a clean, organised, and fully stocked condition.
- Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, uniform, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support deep-cleaning and periodic cleaning programmes as required.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, or similar position within a hotel or resort is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene requirements.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
- Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and moving housekeeping equipment.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
